Medical Enterprises, Inc. is to perform our best when
it comes to the customer. One of our main concerns as a distributor
is the service we provide with care to you, our Customers. For
that reason, our Customer Service Personnel take great interest
in working with you whether you are an individual for over the
counter (OTC) products, the internet shopper, or an acute care
facility looking for a different supplier, our goal is to meet
or exceed the customers’ needs.
We have a highly trained staff that would be more
than happy to assist you in every means possible. Whether it’s
a question about product availability or the status of an order, we
hope to lend our assistance to make your life just a little bit easier.
Ordering Policy
Orders may be placed via the web, click on http://www.Lafmed@lafmed.com.
We are also glad to accept your orders via telephone, fax, email,
and EDI. Minimum ordering requirement is $50 on all orders plus shipping,
unless set forth in an established agreement with Lafayette Medical
Enterprises, Inc. Any orders that are below the minimum will have
an additional $5 handling charge.
For customers without an open account status, we
accept multiple forms of payment which includes Master Card, VISA,
Cash, Check, and Electronic Funds Transfer.
Back Orders
While we work to maintain the highest fill rate
possible for all stock items, there may be a time where we will experience
depleted stock. For non-stock and special order items, the customer
will be assessed a freight charge.
Shipping Policy
Orders placed before 1:00 p.m. will ship the same
day via UPS ground service. Lafayette Medical can provide special
shipping including Next Business Day, Second Business Day and Third
Business Day. Freight will be added to the invoice. Orders placed
after 1:00 p.m. will ship the following day.
Return Policy
Product can be returned for 100% credit providing
it is a stocked product and the purchase date is not longer than 30
days. Products returned after 30 days will be charged a 20% restocking
fee. Special ordered items requires special handling and will be assessed
a minimum of 25% restocking fee. No special ordered product can be
returned after 15 days. No product will be accepted after 60 days
from the date of purchase.
All returns must be returned in its original packaging.
No credit will be issued for product that is damaged, altered, or
that has been determined cannot be resold.
Any product shortage or shipping errors must be
reported to our Customer Service Department within 48 hours from receipt
of the order.
